The difference

Not a workout hour. An ongoing relationship.

Your schedule changes. Your priorities shift. Your training should respond. Jon builds an ongoing coaching relationship around movement, strength, recovery, practical nutrition habits, and consistent accountability, so your health gets the attention it deserves.

Most training is sold by the session. You buy an hour, somebody counts your reps, and the hour ends. What it misses is everything that happens between sessions: the travel week, the bad night of sleep, the shoulder that is not quite right, the stretch when work takes over.

Jon works the other way. He looks at where you are today, builds a plan around the life you actually have, coaches you in person, gives you something useful for the days in between, and changes the plan when your life changes. The value is his judgment and his attention, applied to you, over time.

Three parts, one plan

Training, food habits and recovery, coached together.

Training

Strength, movement, mobility, balance, posture and resilience, taught by a coach who did gymnastics from the age of three through the Big Ten, and has trained clients since 2001.

Nutrition-informed habits

Practical guidance on food choices and daily habits from a coach with a degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition. Where you need medical nutrition care, Jon works alongside your physician or a licensed dietitian.

Recovery and accountability

Attention to sleep, stress and recovery as part of how you train, and a steady person who notices when things slip. This is coaching, not medical or mental health treatment.

Fit

Who this is for

A good fit

  • People with full, demanding lives who want one trusted professional rather than a rotating cast
  • Anyone who values privacy and wants to train at home, on their schedule
  • People returning from a long break, or rebuilding after a setback, who want it done carefully
  • Athletes and active people who want strength, balance and movement that hold up for years

Probably not a fit

  • Someone shopping for the cheapest hour available
  • Anyone who needs medical treatment or physical therapy rather than coaching
